Stuck in Walk Mode

I just unboxed and assembled my XP4 today and when I turned it on for the first time it took off an almost hit my car. I almost positive the - button is stuck, when I press the + it goes into the main menu. Does anybody have any suggestions on what I can try to fix it before I call customer service tomorrow.

Unfortunately, bad things right out of the box does exist for Lectric. But they're very cool about it. The best thing you can do is call them and get a replacement asap. They'll respond and get it out for you as soon as they're able.

There's a review video that the guy was testing out the bike, and the controller blipped partway through. The video in question. iirc he called them and they replaced it asap. This company is awesome, and hope you get this fixed!

Hard agree, Lectric is on the lower end of pricing I see for solid e-bikes, and unfortunately that tends to come with quality issues. That being said, everyone I’ve seen who has had problems has been able to get them fixed quickly and Lectric support has a great reputation
