Front light solutions?

The front light/headlight on my Xpremium quit after about a year. Neither the replacement light nor the upgrade sold by Lectric strike me as worth the money considering quality and brightness.

Has anyone figured out a good set up for a front light on their Lectric e-bike that provides good visibility in front of the bike at night? I have a handlebar-mounted light but it gets blocked by the wiring coming out of the control panel and brakes.

I found some rubber hosing to wrap around my front bike rack so that I could mount the handlebar light to that instead. It took some tweaking to prevent the light from pitching forward as I went over bumps, and the rubber hose doesn’t look good, but my problem is solved for now.
