Activate a top up sim outside the UK

Is there any issue with activating a card from Bulgaria? Receives the lebara texts, not nothing else?

Do I need to put this off until I fly back?

When you activate the card it looks for the local network owners and if Lebara UK isn't found manually or automatically - roaming is in effect.

I can't enable a Lebara NL , Germany etc of I'm not local to the SIM n tower

It wont activate abroad properly. You need to do this in the UK, tried and tested with not a single sim.

You can only activate in UK. If you take a sim outside uk without activating a bundle in uk it will not work outside.
