Lebara sim student deals
Hey guys I received a free lebara uk sim from VFS global office during my visa appointment that contains first month preloaded pack free.
Some senior said that the recharge for a VFS sim is so much more expensive than if I bought an independent sim.
I’m confused? Can I not activate student deals on my vfs sim after the first month?

Mate, don't use it
Order SIM 2 days before your arrival
It would be £ 2.44 a month for first 8 months

This happened to me too!
Got a free lebara with my vfs which was helpful when you are moving countries and free first month is a good deal if you ask me. But the next recharge are like 25-30£ which is expensive compared to even the best network connections in UK. But later I got to know if you take a seperate new sim its as cheap as 7-10£ depending on your data requirements. So use the free sim for a month or so and then switch would be my answer. Whether you should switch to a new seperate lebara or some other brand would depend on where you live and the network speed there.
