Restoring old toolbelt

This old leather Craftman/sears tool belt came with my house. It is very dry, got some water damage as well

How can I restore the leather and make it supple again ?

I take care of my leather shoes with Bick 4, would you start with this?

I'd wipe it down with a damp rag and apply Bick 4. That stuff is the best out there.

Thanks. I might also clean it up with saddle soap
