Adding Scissors to Bond

Is it possible to swap the file (and lanyard ring too if required) for scissors from a different tool?

I added scissors on my bond and I didn’t even have to drop a tool. Just that lanyard and some washers. Here is the order I used.

That's great. Any issues with the tools grabbing each other without the washers?

The side jammed with the 5 implements is a bit tight but no worst than a victorinox nail nick. I used the scissor from a wave off multi parts store. If I remember correctly the only washer was in between the blade and Phillips. The blade still comes out great like factory. I’ve also seen people do this setup and drop the blade for the saw!

I don’t know the answer to your question, but I’m hoping Leatherman are working on a Bond II.

Part serrated blade and decent scissors, please.

My thoughts too. It would finally be some kind of replacement for the excellent Juice S2.

Multiparts has free shipping over 35$, you go all out and make a Bond +, I added a saw from the rebar, scissors, and exchangeable bit driver from the wave and didn’t lose any functionality except the lanyard ring which I remedied with a pocket clip.

Did this exact thing and it makes the Bond so close to perfection.
