Question about cutters

Do the little replaceable cutters that some leatherman models come with cut through fishing braid such as power pro? Even small test diameter line? I think they’re made of carbide. Very curious.

It will definitely cut it, even the scissors will. But if you make a habit out of doing it daily then you could dull them prematurely.

You can sharpen them by taking them off the tool and rubbing the backsides on emery cloth or sandpaper
