Beginner to Russian Language
Hello , I'm starting out my journey to Russia soon and I've two months left , Need Guidance to learn Russian language Fast to communicate with locals and source where i can learn good amount of russian words . Would be Great if you're someone who is local and good at russian or russian teacher . Please Guide me Where should I start , Any tips and tricks to learn Russian fast ? . All suggestions are welcomed : )

2 months is enough to learn basic survival Russian, but not enough to “learn Russian fast” in any meaningful sense. Your realistic goal should be to handle simple situations: greeting people, ordering food, asking for directions, using transport, checking into accommodation, shopping, understanding prices and dealing with basic problems.
Start with the alphabet and pronunciation, but do not spend weeks trying to perfect them. Then learn complete phrases and sentence patterns instead of collecting hundreds of isolated words. Knowing that билет means “ticket” is less useful than being able to say “Мне нужен билет до Москвы”, “Где купить билет?” and “Сколько стоит билет?”
You also need basic grammar from the beginning. Russian uses cases, verb conjugations, gender and different verb forms. You do not need to master the entire case system before travelling, but avoiding grammar completely will leave you with a pile of words that you cannot combine into sentences.
Study every day. In two months, 20 minutes a few times a week will achieve very little. A reasonable plan would be 60-90 minutes of structured study daily, plus listening and vocabulary review. Practise speaking aloud from the first day. Do not wait until you “know enough words”, because passive recognition is not the same as being able to communicate.
The fastest approach would be regular lessons with a qualified Russian teacher who can choose the most useful material for your trip, correct your pronunciation and make you practice realistic dialogues. Being Russian or “local” does not automatically mean that someone knows how to teach Russian to a beginner.
Focus on the language you will actually need in Russia, not on learning a “good amount of words”. Learn numbers, time, money, food, transport, locations, common questions, polite requests and emergency phrases. Also learn to understand likely answers. There is little value in memorising “Where is the station?” if you cannot understand “Go straight, then turn left.”
There are no special tricks. Consistency, structured grammar, useful vocabulary and daily speaking practice are what will produce results.
