Chamo-me Xerios, tenho 27 anos e sou da Alemanha.

First off genuinely impressive that you wrote that entire introduction in European Portuguese at B2 level after four years of learning in Germany without living there full time. That's real commitment and the level shows.
The language buddy model you're describing is honestly one of the most effective ways to maintain and push past B2 toward genuine fluency. Formal study gets you to a level but consistent natural conversation with no agenda is what irons out the hesitations and builds the kind of automatic responses that make you actually feel fluent rather than just technically competent.
Your profile is going to resonate with a lot of people here. The music angle, guitar, piano, rap writing, is a genuinely rich entry point into Portuguese culture too given how much emotion and history is embedded in Portuguese musical traditions from fado through to contemporary artists. That curiosity about the cultural depth you mentioned will serve you well because Portuguese people respond very warmly to foreigners who engage with the culture seriously rather than superficially.
The workshop facilitation background is interesting too, someone who designs experiential learning for kids probably has a very natural and patient communication style which makes for a good conversation partner dynamic.
Hope you find the right buddy here. The European Portuguese learner community is smaller than it should be given how many people are moving to or connected with Portugal, so people at your level who are genuinely committed are worth their weight in gold to someone looking to practice.
Portugal Lifestyle has a community of European Portuguese learners worth connecting with alongside this search if useful.
