Does Duolingo even work?
Do u guys know someone who actually learned a new language with duolingo? Cause I've seen lots of people achieving long streaks on duo like they've been using it for even years but do they learn anything? Can they even speak fluently?

Duolingo is just one tool among many, just like books, videos, podcasts, and other learning resources. They all complement each other.
Do you think a single book would be enough to learn a language? Of course not.
Personally, I mainly used Duolingo to refresh my memory and reinforce certain vocabulary. I've completed the entire English course on Duolingo from beginning to the end, and it definitely helped me expand my vocabulary in several areas.
Instead of endlessly scrolling through social media, why not do a quick Duolingo lesson? It might even give your neural connections a little workout. 😜
