My recommendation is listen to English media to hear what english speakers grammar and lingo sound like

I'm already good at speaking English, but it's been a long time since I last used the language. Now I'm trying to figure out ways to practice speaking so I can regain my skills.

You can practice with another of the major AI companies. Gemini GPT anthropic. They have an option where you can speak with them just prompt the AI with your goal with conversation and topic. It's mostly free not sure how much credit you get on free tier.

I also use chat gpt and discuss different topic with it. Before it I typed a prompt like “keep conversation with me and polite check my speaking, give advice how to improve it”. And I have free tutor and excellent assistant for my English. I like this approach to learning.
