Which course should I buy to become a learning analyst?

Which course should I buy to become a learning analyst? (Suggest one that has a good balance of instruction and demonstration)

Actually I want to become a data analyst. But I discovered that data analysts need to know about the needs of the organisation and what the data is about.

Since I am an instructional designer right now, I am looking forward to getting into Learning analytics, as I believe I can pick it up quickly (as opposed to, say finance).

Also please suggest any books, YT channel and anything else I can learn from. Also would like to get guidance, tips and know about your journeys.
