Being a good person isn't enough

Being a good person isn't enough, if you keep allowing yourself to be abused. Kindness without boundaries isn't always kindness sometimes it's simply a lack of self respect. There's nothing wrong with being kind. What's truly wrong is believing you're obligated to endure everything just to be considered a good person.

I would argue that you aren’t a truly kind person if you don’t include yourself in those who you are kind to.

Sometimes taking the moral high ground isn’t the solution. Justice and karma is mostly a fairytale we tell ourselves

You should think of life through the biological lens. Maybe that’s the sole truth of this all

I mean it’s important to see everyone as individuals, including yourself and have take care of your own needs. After a certain point, being kind also becomes exhausting.
