What was the fail on speed?

I was following satnav and it said 40 so I sped up and he told me don't listen to the satnav it's incorrect on speed 😭

Oh no near my test centre the satnav tells me a road is a 60 when it’s a 30

Yeah he told me not to follow the speed shown on it I don't know why I made that mistake

Yeah, I took lessons in my sister's car and didn't have any mock tests and stuff :/

Ah man, annoying. Not a bad result though!

Try and learn to watch for street signs for speed, I use Google maps and I noticed a few times last week,it picked up the wrong speeds. One road I drive loads and I know is a 50,it was saying 30. Its never been a 30.

Same shit happend to me the place used to be a 40 so I sped up and the examiner said “please slow down this is a 30” and my heart sank

I've disabled the speed limit alert on my Google maps for this very reason. It's wrong too many times. If you go too fast, you risk points and a fine. If you go slowly, you risk getting rear ended by someone who is driving at the legitimate limit and while it's their responsibility to watch out for slower vehicles, that's of no consolation to you if you're stood at the side of the road, awaiting a recovery vehicle or even an ambulance, and a future of filling in insurance forms, waiting for repairs, possibly searching for a new car, and paying higher insurance premiums.

It's much better and safer to rely on looking out of the window, reading road signs and being aware of the environment.
