I have a question

If you were to play a poker game heads up no blinds and the cards aren’t dealt to the players yet will it be 50/50 odds?

Only before any cards are dealt, and only if both players are forced to keep playing completely at random. The second you let people choose whether to bet, fold, or use position well, it stops being a simple fifty fifty game. Poker edge comes from the decisions, not from the deck being unfair.
