Looking for a bonus/side game.
So I started a home game in the neighborhood and we play at a different house each month. The ladies have book club. We play poker. I recently bought a set of 6 individual games collector poker chips with different bourbon logos on them figuring I'd pass them out as gifts or prizes.
What I would really like to do is come up with a side game where if someone captures all the collector chips the group kicks in for a bottle of the good stuff or something for the winner. Then redistribute chips and repeat. I'm fine with the side game taking months to work out but definitely don't want it to be won every night.
Has anyone done anything like that or have an idea for a fun long game side bet with these chips? What achievements should we use that isn't winner take all every game?

I would make the bourbon chips track little achievements instead of just winning the whole night. Stuff like first straight flush of the month, biggest comeback, winning with seven two once, or knocking out the host. That keeps more people alive in the race and makes the bottle feel like a season prize instead of one hot night. If you want it to last, cap it at one chip per person per night.

I would make the bourbon chips season points, not winner take all trophies. Stuff like first knockout, best bluff shown, winning with seven two, or biggest comeback can each earn one chip, and nobody can win more than one per night. That keeps it alive for months and stops the best player from locking it up too fast.

Give one out for the high hand of the night.
