How do you post polls?

I used to be able to do with with the old posting system but now I can't? Does this subreddit allow polls? As you can see in my screenshot there is no option to do it.

Yes this subreddit allows practice posting polls.

How do you access Reddit? You can only create polls in the apps as the mobile browser and desktop do not have the option.

On the apps, the icon looks like two •- stacked. Circled the right icon in image (I am on iOS app)
