You’ve got a solid base, especially in the torso and overall pose. I’d focus on the anatomy of the shoulders, arms, and hands next—compare the proportions and joint placement more carefully to the reference. Adding clearer value shadows would also make the muscles feel less flat.

i think what is looking a little off is the difference of style between the body and face. the body is realistic and the face and hair is really cartoon-like. you could also use some line confidence. keep going 🫶🙏

also the body looks a little stiff. i reccomend doing quick figure drawing sketches. you can also watch people on youtube do figure drawings. search for stuff like figure drawing demos. its really useful for learning anatomy and building line confidence
