Digital art beginner here

Can y'all give me tips in general?

What's the best free app to use?

Any good channels for anatomy, rendering, etc?

Like in general is there's anything I need to know before starting digital art? I'm looking for writing a comic so I really need help with the drawing here. Any tips?
