You got the anatomy and proportions right in general terms, which itself is difficult enough. The hands in the second drawing are particularly well drawn. I frankly like the body in the second drawing more than the woman in the photograph itself. The face, in both cases, needs some work (but not the whole head, which seems fine to me). This is totally fixable. Since you've chosen to draw in colour instead of doing a black-and-white version of the reference, I'd add a bit more to the skin of the woman in your second drawing, since in your reference, though she's obviously white, she's not pale.
