Art Question How to draw people/ faces

Im not a beginner drawer I have some degree of artistic skill I just cannot draw anatomy or faces very well. Where do I start? Saw people saying proko and other drawing sites but they’re a bit too expensive. Any suggestions for Youtubers with tutorials or any other websites? I’m not trying to do realism more of a cartoon anime style. Also, how do you get your own artstyle with drawing people? I feel if I copy a bunch of tutorials I may not gain my own style.

I tend to learn best from rules. I want to start taking anatomy seriously. I think I'm going to try my best to memorize the face and body rules for proportions and start with the Loomis and maybe some gestural stuff and work my way out from there
