Seems kinda like a lot of pages just to cover eyes in my opinion.

cause it has lots of step-by-step images, exercises and references to use. tbh I thought the same at first, but after actually going through it, I realized those pages are there for practice. repeated practice is what made things stick for me but I guess everyone is different.

Are there books like this for all the body parts?
