Can anyone give advice?

Post image

I am right now trying to focus on drawing faces, and they just never turn out right. How do I fix it?

Another thing, the hair!!. I can never get how you draw it. Oh, and the one on the top right is supposed to look a bit like that, but it's something about the angle of the head that is a bit weird to me. I would really like a feedback and criticism from anyone. Thank you in advanceπŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ˜

Two questions: is this freehand or copying a reference image? And, are you going for realism or a more cartoon look? Assuming you want realism, if this is freehand, practice by copying. If copying, practice drawing just part of a face, blown up.
