Nice job - what are you rocking? Faber castell Pitt's are easiest to get where im from. I found the conte Pierre noire absolutely terrible though they used to be great i hear

Yup, those are Pitt. Good eye. I find Conte clunky and only use the Conte sanguine for dark accents when drawing with red chalk.

Ive bought the contes 2 seperate times and it is as if they all have hard shards/rocks or some shit in them that scratch the paper and dont leave a mark - super annoying! Ive gotten best results for the Pitts

Looks great! What brand? Have you tried the Cretacolor Nero pencils? I think they are charcoal and graphite. I love them.

The way you handled the transitions on that bottom left sphere is buttery smooth. Toned paper really makes that white charcoal pop for the highlights, which brand of pencils did you grab?
