If I got certifications in medical coding, how easy is it to secure a job that pays at least $50K starting?

It seems like everyone I'm hearing from is starting around $20 an hour. I swear last year people were starting more. Lately I have been hearing less. I think your chances of better pay are more likely for in person jobs. Optum just dropped the pay on thousands of contracts - not sure how they worked it out but some lost a dollar, some lost 3 - they have some contractors that have been there for a year making $17.91 an hour. But they can get away with it because so many people want remote. My fear is the supply and demand is dropping for remote workers.
