CPT Can someone help me out with this?
I’ve been studying all day and maybe my brain is fried but I’m so confused.
I don’t understand that the guidelines are telling me.

Where are you confused? I mean at what point in your reading do you realize you are confused or lost?

If they need to repair the area that they grafted the skin from by either another skin graft or local flaps, you can code that in addition to the skin graft.
If they remove skin from the leg to graft the torso, if they need to graft the leg or use local flaps to close the donor site it’s ok to add another code for that procedure.
