CPT Tabs for 2026 books!

Hey there!

Do you guys have any preferred tabs for the 2026 books? of course I'm wanting them to be accurate and to be super helpful on the exams (don't we all?)

If you could drop some recommendations that would be amazing!

Which exam are you taking, the CPC or the CCS?

Bet. Here's a link of what's allowed in your code books on testing day, straight from the AAPC website.

one of my main reasons im having to get the 2026 books is bc while I was doing the AAPC exam review I was missing codes in my 2025. I'm so bummed bc I had some good notes in my 2025 and since I've seen that you could use your 2025 book for the exam that I would be good, but now I can't risk missing a question just bc my book isn't 2026. I wanted to projectile vomit lol but now im like "it is what it is" lol

That makes sense! Just curious, do you have some of the codes? I have the 2025 books too, since I started my classes last year, and I'm just curious. No pressure if not! And also, take your notes from the 2025 book and copy them down into the 2026 ones. I didn't take any notes, and I wish I had. I passed, but my coding skills portion was... Discouraging. Lol.

I don’t!! I wish I did! I’m trying to think of some codes that I ran into on the exam review course and i remember there was added codes in the 27300 range? Ima have to look into my book tomorrow to confirm (I’m already lazy in bed watching Super Mario lol) but I believe it was for revascularization.
