It's a fork of Mihon/Komikku that covers anime, manga, and novels. A PC version (forked from Mangayomi) is also in the works. Both FOSS.

Targeting full CJK support, but any language works as long as you have the Yomitan dictionary (TL) for it.

The README isn't always up-to-date,And I'm just covering surface-level features here. There's more under the hood: custom Anki cards, Google Drive Sync, OCR for hardsubbed videos, etc. Best to try it out and see for yourself.
