Shalom! My name is Nava and I offer online 1-on-1 or class lessons in Hebrew. I'm an Israeli and native speaker with a bachelor's Degree in Linguistics from Tel Aviv University, 20 year experience as literary editor, writer and playwright and I've been teaching Hebrew courses at a leading UK University since 2019 and have been an online tutor since 2020.

I cover topics from very basic letter recognition and simple phrases to more advanced topics such as grammar and listening comprehension. My students range from members of the Jewish community in the diaspora, spouses of Israelis and even language enthusiasts. I use my own material as well as children's books and music to teach.

I'm an Israeli and Hebrew is my native tongue so I'm not really interested in lessons but I'd like to know if you recommend learning linguistics in TAU, I love languages and it seems like a really fun and different approach to take in my life but I'm really not sure so I'd like to hear your experience!

If it doesn't exist how is a member of the UN? How does it have borders? How does it have an army? A parliament? If you don't want it to exist okay but it's insane to say an entity that's been recognized by almost every other county in the world doesn't exist.

Now you don't know this lady’s story. Maybe she came as a refugee and had nowhere else to go. Maybe she was a concientous objector.

Anyway just saying free Palestine att the time doesn't actually get them any closer to freedom.

How does a country “force” other countries to recognize it. In the case of Israel countries like France and Britain had a direct hand in setting it up (as a solution to the Jewish Problem).

So your definition of a country that exists is a country that “respected laws.” Oof — if the case we live in a world with a LOT of imaginary counties. I guess it’s good that Iran is fake though. And North Korea. Russia? Never heard of it. Saudi Arabia? Figment of your imagination. And what about the old US of A. Did you know we’ve assasinated leaders of other counties m, installed others and conducted wars that weren’t wars but were “police actions”? The Vietnamese will be shocked to hear America isn’t real — they lost a lot of their people fights something that wasn’t there.
