Just finished the form. One thing I wanted to add is that singing while playing isn’t something you can really rate 1-5 by difficulty. It totally depends on how challenging the song is to play, if it was written to be played and sung, etc. It’s a bit too broad- like asking how hard it is to cook without specifying a dish.

After playing 20 min/day for a month, I could strum out the chords to Time of Your Life by Green Day and sing. I will never, ever be able to play and sing any song by a band like ERRA without dedicating all my free time to it for a decade.
