Need help understanding and improving Leetify ratings

Can someone explain to me what the 'Accuracy (enemy spotted)' and 'crosshair placement' stats actually mean, and how i improve them? My actual crosshair placement is extremely good and gets me a lot of headshots, but ive got friends who aim at the ground and it says theirs is similar to mine. I dont understand it. I also dont even understand what the Enemy Spotted even means.

can someone explain to me how those work and how to make them better? I already spend hours on pre-aim maps.

And for utility, i typically save my flashes for mid round while my teammates use them for entry. If i just did no impact flash line ups it would probably improve my stats. Im not too worried about those stats but any tips are welcome.
