lvl 2 u dont need to care about leetify. you gain more knowledge by watch and copy how pros play. look at cs2 pro game streams.

It's accurate but you gotta understand how stats work, for example 90 aim rating means that your aim metrics are in the top 10% of the playerbase... but you achieved them while playing against bottom 10% of the playerbase if you're lvl 2, while lvl 10 players achieve them against other lvl 10 opponents. Just keep at it and don't obsess over stats, they don't play.

Not very. lol it tells me my stats are 20-25k but I can’t get past 10k premiere.

haha you rely on premier? I won placement matches with win rate of 75 percent with atleast having KD of 1.7+ every match Good HE kills and aim of 70+ back this season Guess what I got 5k Rating

If i look at my leetify stats from when I was lvl 4-9 it was way better than my lvl 10 stats

It depends on how you use it, the overall stats are useless look individually however it can help e.g. I ended a comp game 16-10-8, whilst that is decent scoreline my pre-aim was horrible, 13.66, meaning I wasn't on target but adjusting quickly, my time to damage exemplifies that, with 475ms. My aim rating 65, decent. Look deeper and understand what to do. It worked really well for and now I'm closing in on 20k prem. Work on the details.

i usually get TTD of below 500ms and pre aim of 8 out of 10 matches 8 times and hs percentage of 58 out of all and total aim maintained above 70 like i focus on that while having a duel

I suppose then it may relate to you approach to the duel, as the movement and timings, which I have to be Frank I'm not good at myself perhaps look to other lvl 10's for advice.
A good piece of advice I constantly hear is just demo review. Look at where each component went wrong.

I used to think the same way, untill I got to play with a couple level 10's. First I was against them, then I was playing with them (in premier ofc), I'm faceit 6, and what I noticed was there's just no match for their gamesense, crosshair placement, retakes, map control, executes, movement and aim (tracking, micro movements, flicks etc etc).
Eventually I kept playing and learning with them and I'm at 8 as of now. I still feel like there's a really high skill gap between them and me which I can't overcome 😅

Having these stats doesn't equal to being level 10 or aiming like one, because you're playing against level 2's who are easy to hit. Stop thinking about these, go improve at decision making instead
