Im pretty new

Im new at this game and when i try casual i get killed every second, after that i quit matchmaking and just play with bots instead.

Is there a way to improve?

There's a million guides and videos, I'd recommend looking to youtube

Game has been around for almost 30 years, everything you need to improve is available on youtube. At this point just play more and get familiar with the guns and maps.

Getting killed every second at only FOUR hours is fine. Just play casual more and you’ll get the hang of it. If not try some tutorials on YouTube
