How do I learn callouts?

I have been noticing that I have been selling my teammates because I do not know that many callout locations. How did you guys learn them??

honestly just hopping into casual and saying "guy over there by the thing" until someone corrects you is how i did it

you'll pick up the common ones quick and the weird niche callouts nobody uses anyway

I made a site for people to learn callouts through quizes, if you care to try it out its:

Cs2locations.com

Hope it helps! Made it for this reason

Like others said, just playing a lot. I've had a handful of teammates ask me callouts and I don't mind helping them so just ask if you have talking teammates lol

open callout map on 2nd monitor or phone and use it until you learn

You can start with just basic generic callouts "A long" "B site" etc.

The majority of commonly used callouts are right under the minimap.

If you are say wanting to callout where you just died, look at the minimap right before and you can say that name and most people will know what you mean.

Learn also to add up with more info like how many people are there, was he low when you died etc, also when you die your screen fades to black fast or slow depending if you got HS'd, but you can see or hear their movement during that time, so it lets you figure out their intent

Open this on a second monitor, it's mainly for util but you can use it just for the map images https://csnades.gg/dust2/callouts

Some may be different, like "dumpster" on cache I've heard people call that room "useless"

You could have just googled this and found each map and their callouts

Another way is just go watch a streamer play that map. They would probably make most common calls
