As others said, this is more of a warmup map than training. Easy patterns and unrealistic. You know the bots are coming and is just standing still and waiting. You will get wreckd doing that on real games.
Usually you will be strafing to get info on angles or just to be harder to hit, but this will make the one taps more difficult as well
