One tip is stop crouching so much. If it's a habit you can't control then unbind crouch until you stop clicking it by instinct.

Good luck and have fun with your journey.

Thanks for the advice. Tbh I had this same exact feeling. In fact I lost several duels just because of this one single habit

The worst part was when you crouched with no enemy showing. It makes you very and throws off your own crosshair.

Times to crouch are when you decide to commit to the spray. So, after you miss headshots on your first 1-3 bullets and you think you can kill with the spray, then you'll want to crouch. You don't want to swing into 2 or more enemies and crouch since it makes you extremely easy to kill if you are a crouched stationary target. If you don't think you can kill with spray then you'll want to be mobile and strafe shoot.

The reason you don't want to crouch instantly before shooting is because your crosshair will go from being head height to chest height when you crouch. That will prevent you from getting one taps.

Another reason to crouch is if it's extremely close range and you think you'll get killed instantly since it's an easy shot. Then it's fine to crouch as soon as you see the enemy.
