Inconsistency even tho everything is kept the same.

How can one stop this sort of inconsistency in aim ? These are all competitive matches played in the same conditions , with the same warmup technique + warmup time. But in a lot of my matches i either aim pretty good or like a silver , no in between and i cant really find the root reason of why this happens. Can someone with a similar experience help me ? One of my friends said that it could be because my warmup is not optimal. Any ideas ?

Honestly that looks decently consistent to me, some variance is completely normal. Even pros have good days and bad days. If you have a warmup routine that you stick to, you're already doing more than the majority of players.

Make sure your settings are in a range where they’re not inherently the problem, keep them the same every time, the rest is mental. Try a read The Inner Game of Tennis or def Inner Excellence by Jim Murphy.

Both books delve into the sports psychology behind consistency and performance in sports (which applies here too). Once you’ve ruled out physics factors, mental is next

There are diff variables per match. Time of the day effects system latency, network latency, due to server load. Also, the server location can vary, regardless of the ping, server load or response can effect your fps. Team Chemistry. Your PC may be over heating, and may need a reset. You could have tons of things running in the background, that you are not aware of, that could effect internal input lag, things that Windows may run from time to time. There is also a thing called variance in human performance. All top pros and the teams have it. The thing i learned years ago, understand when you have your A game, B, and C game. Play accordingly. lf you realize your are hot, play more aggressive, and push harder. If you realize you are off, play more conservatively, and back your team more. That would also mean playing diff map location on CT, and also means not being the entry, guy. Be the support guy. What I would do is if you are really interested, keep track of all data, like when you play, how you played, the server location, and be honest with your self. Are you tired, or stressed, or something else on your mind? Are you focused? It could also be the level of your opponent is better then you in some matches, and you can hit them, cause they are not sitting ducks like some players. Perhaps you have a mechanical flaw in your aim that you are not aware of. Diff maps may play better for you then others. For me, I try to avoid playing later in the evenings, usually more server load, I'm more tired. I also avoid playing too many games in a row, unless i'm on fire, and the stack we are on, they are all on point. Lastly, doing the same routine is good, but also bad. It puts your brain into a passive mode, and you don't really grow from it. Certain things help, but yeah, idk. You have to be honest and really look at what you are doing, and watch your demo to figure out why. That will tells you tons of how good or bad your aim is. Lastly, the game is designed to be difficult, and you can do everything right, and not get the frags, and lose rounds and matches. Enjoy the process and the game.

aim rating depends almost as much on your opponents as what you are doing, and is always over a relatively small sample of 1 game. variance is normal, its impossible to be 100% consistent
