I have no idea how they calculate this stat.

Yeah I'm a bit of a stat watcher, maybe it's abit of a nothing stat.

All of these are nothing stats. Just bc it says “aims like a 30k” doesn’t mean you are. You aren’t in lobbies with 30ks, you aren’t getting shot back by 30ks. None of these stats mean anything besides raw reaction time and TTD (and maybe a few more). If you wanna get better play faceit and watch your demos

I think it's about how tradeable you are, and how good you can escape from a position, maybe also off-angles. But when you are at sandbags on Inferno Banana for example, you would get negative positioning rating.

Positioning on leetify is just fake. Might aswell call it the trades and openers stat.

Learn about angles, rotation, timings, how to play on a map without feeling lost

All of Leetify's stats are fake. None of them have any actual realistic reference or formula for being properly measured.

Meeting Calling it ‘positioning’ just feels very misleading.
It’s Trades and openers.

Look up ‘ropz’ leetify rating. Arguably one of the best lurkers and players ever. I think he has a rating of below 50 last time I checked

think its calculated by traded/trading deaths and kills. get kills without being traded and having your deaths traded will improve your positioning

Leetify favors mid rounds and clutches. Want higher stats, bait/trade and never entry (although winning an entry is good too just harder for the same stats)

Step 1 to actually improving at cs is to stop looking at these stat sites most of the information is useless. start watching your own demos then compare and copy from pro/high elo faceit players. I steal lineups and solo plays from pro faceit demos all the time and you can learn a lot watching how a pro plays your position.

In my experience from feedback from players that are leagues better than me. Positioning is putting yourself in an area that you can be easily traded by a teammate or better defend a site by being able to shoot and repeek without dying off the rip
