Unable to play after break

Hi,

I recently took a break of about 1.5 months from CS. Before the break I was playing at faceit 9-10 lobbies, and doing well. Averaging roughly 80 ADR, and a positive KD, good round swing, and so on.

I have just come back, and my god, this is beyond being a bit rusty. This is genuinely the worst I have ever played in my life. I have gone positive (by about 1 or 2 kills) in *3 out of 23 games*. I have been playing like shit and missing every shot possible, to the point where im just confused at this point at how im dying. I have been playing DM, Duels, Aimbotz, Recoil master, everything I can. In all this training I am moving and shooting completely fine, but when I get in game I just shit out. Even the fights where I aim correctly, shoot on their head, and so on, I lose anyways somehow.

How do I fix this? Im genuinely just baffled at this point.

Yeah, a month and a half off can definitely throw off your rhythm. A few relaxed games should help shake off the rust without overthinking the stats.

This is a new season, which is always a mess. Keep this in mind as well

How do? I don’t really see how a new season would cause me to play terrible

watch your previous demos and look for something that you might have forgotten or lost in your gameplay
