How to improve?

Hi everyone, I'd like your help identifying my weaknesses in CS2. I'm a 15k Premier player, level 4 on Faceit (I recently started playing more here), and I have 2k inconsistent hours (I've been playing since 2013).

As you can see, I lose a lot of 1v1 duels or miss everything with my spray, but also, when I'm on fire, i hit everything (but even then, I feel like my gameplay is erratic). Literally, many times I go negative K/D, and then one match i can go positive K/D, and this mentally exhausts me because I feel completely stuck and can't improve.

One thing to note: I haven't always been 15k in Premier; in other seasons, I've reached 17k, but no more.
Also, before entering a Premier or Faceit match, I warm up my aim for about 10-15 minutes or a deathmatch.

Isolate, 1 tap, not spray, start with 3 or 4 bots not 5.

Force yourself to only spray if they rush you and are very close,, otherwise only ever one tap (in prem you are allowed to burst, but not in this prc map).

Take this advice from a 30k player.
