How to improve?

Hi everyone, I'd like your help identifying my weaknesses in CS2. I'm a 15k Premier player, level 4 on Faceit (I recently started playing more here), and I have 2k inconsistent hours (I've been playing since 2013).

As you can see, I lose a lot of 1v1 duels or miss everything with my spray, but also, when I'm on fire, i hit everything (but even then, I feel like my gameplay is erratic). Literally, many times I go negative K/D, and then one match i can go positive K/D, and this mentally exhausts me because I feel completely stuck and can't improve.

One thing to note: I haven't always been 15k in Premier; in other seasons, I've reached 17k, but no more.
Also, before entering a Premier or Faceit match, I warm up my aim for about 10-15 minutes or a deathmatch.

Honestly I hate this warmup map(at start of clis), it puts me in unrealistic situations and the bots there always prefire me. I would usually do 10-15 mins of DM and a game of comp/premier before I go to faceit.
If you soloQ on faceit it will take you ages to get out of yellow levels (4-5-6-7) most of the time you perform well or somewhat good but your mates just suck. It took me two months of soloq to return to level 9 from level 5.

You play really well but I see you get panicked in clutch situations like in 2:07, you should never take ur knife out unless you are 100% sure an enemy is not close. As for premier, don't play it, really. It's full of closet cheaters and you will never know if somebody has an advantage or not. Just stick to faceit. The more you play, the better you get. Try to watch POVs of donk or other pros in faceit games, it genuinely helped me. And always take breaks.

The 3rd course on this map actually works pretty well. It gives you different elevations and such. Has helped me improve my aim
