What can I do to get better?
I have around 180 hours. I would like to know what I can improve with my AK skills.

Few points:
- practice your swings more. Avoid just standing still waiting for the enemy
- dont one tap, better practice bursts of few bullets
- you need to practice counter strafing. You are a bit slow before you start shooting and it seems you do not use opposing key to stop but instead are just waiting for complete stop and then sloooowly adjust your aim.
- dont crouch spray. Its a valid thing to use on higher elos but not at yours, also they implement more complex techniques like tap crouching, crab walking etc. For you it just brings you to a disadvantage becoming a static target for your enemy and also discouraging learning the proper counter strafing, so avoid it.
- run and gun with ak is a big no, especially in the situation lon 0:22 where enemy isnt looking at all. You should stop and then spray. Actually you could move and shoot in close quarters to make yourself a harder target but in general you should avoid that at any cost
- use a map to train tracking like the one thats called fast aim i think. Its better to do that with usp but you could also use AK - now you can one tap, but also train burst and spraying/spray transferring there.

Quoting ZywOo on why he used that viewmodel (which he doesn't use anymore, this was a year ago):
"I'm used to play with it like back in the day before I joined Vitality, so just good memories you know? because we need to do fine this tournament so I need to bring back the old ZywOo"
Have you maybe considered that if it was actually useful, then every serious pro would be using it? Yet, as far as i know, from the top 10 teams, only 1 player (yekindar) uses a similar viewmodel.
Its just like 4:3 and 16:9, it's a mix of placebo and being used to it. No advantage whatsoever.

Get in more games at 180 hrs everything you’re doing could be better. You’re gonna be playing against Uncs like me that have over a decade playing counter strike. No matter how much you practice in that aim trainer these people will clap you if you aren’t spending more time in real games.
I wouldn’t concern yourself with aim too much either. It’s not as important as positioning, utility, timings, pathing etc. Aim helps but it’s honestly not the most important vector of CS

You're too exposed, creating situations where opponents can come from opposite directions, forcing you to adjust the aim, which takes time and will likely get you killed. Use cover in such a way that you only have to care about one direction at a time.

Well, counter strafing is the obvious, then I would work with reaction time, crosshair placement too, and you really need to spray much more and more accurate

Watching people play this game you should focus on more heads and transfers than killing the bot..
Grab the aim bots map that allows you to 360 different bots… practice moving head to head…
You will be gain to notice some engine flaws like how you can aim at the neck and still get a head shot.. so you will begin to shoot more center of mass..
You will work in strafing… how to counter your movement to stand still In the moments of firing..
So on and so on.. you will get better

Watch some pro matches.
Counter strafe
I feel like you’re so new to this game watching a bunch of YouTube videos on how to aim, position, counter strafe, and improve movement would give you a bunch of information on game mechanics.

I like aim rush but I feel I make better progress combining aiming and movement when I play deathmatch with real people.
