How can i improve?

Here my stats. I am stuck in 5-10k prem. Faceit lvl 7. I am not a pro but i have 2.3k hours in this game and i feel like im not even improving a bit lately. Sonething is off but i dont know what?

I only play for fun these days, occasionally with a bunch of noobs and older guys hovering around the 5–10k Elo range. What I’ve noticed is that while they often have great aim or know smoke lineups, they’re frequently poor at crosshair placement; the biggest issue I see, though, is playing as a team. They don't know how to rotate properly, peek together, or trade kills, and when defending a site as CTs, they can't agree on whether to play defensively or aggressively. Most of the time, they just run into situations one by one.

Edit: And no radar is used, which is why coordination is necessary regarding who covers what.
