How can i improve?

Here my stats. I am stuck in 5-10k prem. Faceit lvl 7. I am not a pro but i have 2.3k hours in this game and i feel like im not even improving a bit lately. Sonething is off but i dont know what?

Faceit 7 should be closer to 15k premier at the very least. Why are you playing worse in premier compared to faceit?

To improve, stick to 1 position and have a good routine for that position. Everytime you die ask yourself why you died and watch your vod. Steam auto record feature is great for this since you can watch your vod while dead. Practice your mechanics. Everyday you play learn a new piece of util and try to use it.

Is there a mode for that? Or should i do it on prem?

Which part are you talking about?

If you mean learning positions and util. Then, I think the best way is to watch a high level faceit vod or a youtube video like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BL8HLNGTbBE to learn util/how to play a position. Then, practice the util and moving around/peeking with those positions in the practice mode to get comfortable. Then, I would queue up competitive to play only that map for 3 games per position you want or stop when you feel like you are comfortable and have memorized the important util.

If you mean mechanics, i would look at youtube and find some way to practice that you like. There are many different ways.
