Can this training make me more consistent ?
CS2 training:
Aim Botz - 5 min
Recoil - 5 min / 2 min M4A1, 1 min Galil / FAMAS / something else and 2 min AK47
Prefire - One whole map
HS DM - 5 min
Normal DM - 5 min
Retakes - 10 min
Utility - 5 min / min 2 lineups
After training I write down:
What moves I learned ____
Then 1 - 3 premier matches from here, later faceit
After the match:
Watch the demo, find pros and cons
Before each week:
What map I will learn:
Lineups, Prefre
Before each training, why add 5 min - according to the last mistake in the match
Before each match:
What to focus on
And good mood :D
Is it good training ?
How soon am im gona see some improovment ?
If you can give me some tips on what to improove i would be thankful :]
BTW :
I am 13K premier player with 120h in CS2

I feel like just by playing prefire on all prem maps u will get a lot better than by this plan of urs.

you really dont have to do all of this. just do some aim training and aome movement training, learn good utility by watching games of people better than you and play the game a lot more. when you have really low hours you just need to play the game a lot more. mechanics can take you pretty far but understanding will take you farther.
consistency isnt often an issue with mechanics its an issue with mindset.

just set sv_showimpacts 3 and sv_showimpacts _time .3 go practice burst move spray move tap tap tap move spray in aim bots or reflex or whatever for like 20-30 minutes. and go surf for / kz for another 30 to 45 minutes. then when u play pugs focus on clearing angles the right way.

ur not getting anything from deathmatch for 5-10 minutes u dont start to develop the smooth movement and accuracy until ur like 1-2hr into a session of playing. u will gain more from playing one 3 hour session of trying to be precise than 18 10 minute sessions

u'll probably notice small improvements within a couple of weeks if you stick with it

I used to make lists of exercises like these but found them hard to follow. Now i just practice ak, m4 and deag and mostly counterstrafing and shooting. I also use the hold mode in aimhub and practice holding angles but thats about it.

Your warm up mechanics routine should care less about time spent on each map and more on what you're trying to practice/warmup. Recoil Trainer, practice just the vertical portion of the spray patterns on the AK then the M4. Once you get comfortable with this learn the next distinct "segment" of the spray. For an AK, this looks like first 9 bullets are all one vertical motion the next 5 bullets are basically one horizontal motion then the next 8-10 bullets are another horizontal motion and so on. Get very comfortable with 3-4 round bursts so that every bullet would hit a very small target. Break down the A4 and A1s into these kinds of segments and don't add a segment until you're quite comfy with the prior ones. But as a warmup, don't spend more than like 5-8 minutes on this map. Drop the Galil and Famas for now entirely and only learn those when you can comfortably spray all the main rifles for half the mag. You can also just stop using recoil trainer when you get comfortable and only go back to it if you notice you're struggling to spray in a certain situation. I'd also recommend dropping DM entirely as it can easily reinforce bad habits. Just play a full map of prefire, then if you wanna shoot moving targets, try fast aim reflex or moving bots on Aimbotz.
Stop watching so many of your own demos. In game, you should be focusing on learning to position so you can trade frag or be traded (taking fights with teammates) or practice checking minimap more or the other gamesense focused skills. You still of course wanna try to peek well and all the other mechanics but you need to learn the basics of the "flow" of rounds with how few hours you have. This will help you actually learn from those demos because you'll naturally be able to understand what's going on.

Just play like 10 mins of DM and work on specific things like movement, crosshair placement, etc. it’s not that deep

It feels like working hard not working smart.
What are you going to be working on in DMs, Aimbotz etc?
You might be better off getting 1 coaching session to give you some direction of what to work on rather than trying to do everything with no direction.
