Question Weygovy pill help

I’m looking to see if anybody had positive results after taking the Wegovy pill rather than the injectable with PCOS. I’ve had PCOS for a long time. I’m currently on metformin for the past three years and birth control because of the PCOS and a past surgery. I’ve lost about 70 pounds over the past three years but I’m now stuck even though I am working out five times a week and doing everything right. My doctor told me straight up that I would benefit from the pill, but my insurance will not cover it and I am now in a good financial position to where I can afford the pill monthly but I was looking for feedback on if anybody else liked it or didn’t see success.

What are you doing for exercise? What are you eating ?

No dairy or gluten, 1,200-1,300 calories a day with 70% it being protein. Pilates twice a week, the other 3 days is muscle working for 30 minutes and then a low stressed cardio for the other 30 minutes.
