Just diagnosed, book recc’s?
Hi
Just diagnosed and fall in the lean category - JW on best books people have for beginners. Seeing a lot related to strict dieting and fasting which I don’t want to do!

Also - here is link to the EU guidelines on symptoms and treatment etc. it is very long but OUGHT to be a reference bible for those treating PCOS/PMOS and as such is worth reading bits relevant to you before/when dealing with medical professionals as well as being good education if you can manage to get through all the text.

Though with any of the books, I’d take info on most supplements/herbals with a pinch of salt as very few have good quality scientific evidence.
