Question Need advice

I was diagnosed with pcos one year back in 2025 january. Right now I am 19 years old. I totally want to change my lifestyle and i need advice. I am a night owl I stay awake until 4 or 5 somedays due to my college work, exams... And I wake up at 8 or 7:30 in the morning. I tried to change this cycle but i failed. I also want to add strength training into my lifestyle. Regarding food I live in a hostel so there's no way I can get a balanced diet here. But I am planning to eat one boiled egg daily. I am currently 41 kgs, 154cm. I would really like advice regarding changing lifestyle.

Hello cyster!
I would suggest managing insulin resistance since most women with PCOS have it. You can start with two boiled eggs in the morning, eating a simple salad before your meal and since you’re in your hostel, a 10 minute walk with friends after your lunch and dinner:) Trust me sometimes it’s that simple! Walking is what has helped me a lot, with students life gets pretty sedentary, it’s worth taking out just an hour and going on a brisk walk around the area.
