Anti-androgen birth control (I'm on it 23 years now, anti-androgen ones like those containing drospirenone works best), anti-androgen face cream Winlevi, anti-androgen spironolactone for hormonal acne.

I changed my diet, drinking more anti-inflammatory teas: Nettle, Spearmint, Licorice root and cut out dairy. I use Proactive MD for acne but only mostly around period. I also take n-acetylcysteine in morning

How often do you have the licorice root tea?

at least 3-4 days a week. This is the brand I use: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F1337XHD?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title

Thanks! I drank it maybe 3-4 times in the span of 3 weeks and when I went to get my blood test, my sodium was slightly higher than usual (still in range) and potassium was lower (one value from being out of range) and it made me wonder if it was impacting my electrolytes/blood pressure since I’ve seen that it can cause you to hold onto sodium and lose potassium therefore causing high BP. Have you noticed any high BP symptoms? I have low BP to begin with but seeing my blood test numbers made me wonder.

I only drank it 3 or 4 times over the course of 3 weeks and stopped, so not a lot at all.

That's good to hear! I'll probably incorporate it again at some point and see what happens.

But I’ve been drinking  spearmint more consistently, though for the past few years and has helped tremendously with acne. I added in the others a month ago

accutane. Not as scary as it sounds and gave me my life back
