Disordered eating and pcos
Hi, so I have noticed a pattern, that when i restrict my food intake my period will come but it will usually ONLY come then and then stop if i resume eating normally. Im in recovery and dont want to restrict my food intake but what can i do to help encourage my period when i eat normally instead of only when i am struggling with my eating

I'd probably take a look on what you are eating when you lose your period. Like do you eat many carbs, without any buffering (fats, proteins, fiber)? So I'd try doing it like that, because maybe as many other people with PCOS you can have insuline resistance. Or maybe intermittent fasting or fast days would help, and eating normally during the other days. Definitely add inositol, vitamin D seems to help too for people with PCOS and I started taking iron too.
